We all have Monsters in the same Closet we Keep our Spiritual Skeletal Remains in...
Last I checked, monsters do not really exist. Last I checked, there is not a whole lot that a skeleton can do in the area of making life hard for us in terms of what we are afraid of. What we are really afraid of is far bigger than any of us can imagine. What we are really afraid of us reverting to the old ways when all of these shiny new ways are so much better for us, so much more healing and so, so, so much more forgiving than a lot else is. Yet, we don't see them that way.
We see our past and the things that we fear the most as though we are meant to repeat those things, as though we are required to go through that pain again, that fear again, that same thing, again. We see what happened to us as being doomed to happening again and again. We fear what could happen and we do not even bother with thinking what we are desirous of happening. When we can stop being scared of being hurt, of having to heal all over again from the same thing that happened to us in our past. What we do not realize sometimes is that what we think happens to us actually happens for us.
Yes. I said it. Now deal with it. There are events that break our hearts and chew up our thoughts like so many ravenous lion cubs do the sometimes squirming remains of their mother lion's kill. We allow ourselves to live in the pain from our past and we do so without so much as a question, not about the thing that hurts us, but about the reason it hurts us. We hurt so badly from all that we have gone through and we all try to apply it to the things and the people who are in our lives now that we cannot see past the hurts that have remained even as the healing has almost come full-circle. We choose to go back to the thing that we know and suffer a pain that is familiar when instead we should totally be choosing to move forward through the obstacle that we have equated that same pain to.
When we realize who we are for real and we can deal with the idea that we are each the most powerful part of our own ability to heal and to become completely whole is when we are also able to know as well that we are meant to be all we are without the idea that who we were and what we feared, even just yesterday, is somehow no longer existent any other place than within our own mind. That it is in our mind is beneficial, but to allow it into the newness that is the clime of the Soul is another thing altogether. It is the difference between Knowing that we have nothing to fear and questioning why it is that we fear the past at all, and believing that we will always only be what we are at Present Time.
You are what you are at Present Time because that is what you are Meant To Be right now because it is beneficial to your own growth. You will not always be who and what you are right now, which is always and ever in process.
The Monsters invading your Peace of Mind and the Skeletons which seem to haunt you have no real power in the world, and more than that, they have no real power in your world unless you give it to them. You are allowed, by the word of God, by the beliefs you have created that have quelled the inner disquiet, to no longer fear those things but rather and only to question them and learn from them.
When you can question the fears, you will conquer them
Until that time, the best you can do is like you did when you were a little kid - hide under the blankets with a flashlight and your teddy bear til the Sun Rises.
Let's not forget that the Sun rises daily, and that eventually the batteries in the flashlight will lose their power to shine the light for you.
I say face the monsters and clear the skeletons and find out that all along you were the Light in the Darkness and you were the only one in the darkness at all. There were no monsters. There are no skeletons.
Just the shadows being caused by the Light that you Are when You choose to look at the mess you hide in that closet.
I LOVE YOU ALL !!

Oh, say...Can You See? - Veteran's Day...The REAL Day of Thanks
Be Thankful for the Veterans in Your Life...and even for the ones who You don't know...
There are two days of giving thanks in the month of November. One of those days we eat like starving maniacs, at least most of us do, and the other one...well, it doesn't get as much fanfare as does the Thanksgiving Holiday does. So today, because I am so grateful for all they do, in my world I have named it the REAL Day of Thanks...Veterans Day.
If you are enjoying your Rights and Freedoms as an American Citizen, make sure to it that you thank a Veteran, and more than that, if you see any - thank those actively enlisted
I cannot imagine what it must be like to think about a loved on overseas, fighting not only for the safety and freedoms of their own family, but more, the safety, freedoms, the American born and raised right to say that we are citizens of this country which, at the time, many people would tell you is broken, is fractured, is not the symbol of freedom and strength that it is. We have taken for granted the idea that we are entitled to our rights, never thinking once, at least on a daily basis and for the majority of us, that someone, some time ago, or even recently, lost their life so that we could preserve our rights to live as freely as we can.
We are all so worried about what we lose materially that we are not thinking about the idea that we have the same freedoms we have always had and that over time those same freedoms have evolved, have shaped the way that things are for us all here in the Now, and sadly, too many of us want to vilify our Enlisted as murderers, as villains, as everything other than heroes. And this truly is what they are - all of them, and there is no one and nothing that will change my mind about it.
Though I have always been a proud American Rebel, a Woman whose job it is to get it out there to the masses, not only the lessons that we are each learning, but also and more importantly, the reminders that sometimes, when we are thinking of things to hate on, the one thing that we should all be doing whenever the thought hits us in the head is to not hate on but THANK A VETERAN!
Without them - ALL of them...enlisted, too, our freedoms are at risk. Though there are many of you who think that our freedoms are already at risk, there are others who are grateful everyday to those who wear the uniform, who go to battle a world away, who do what they volunteered to and most of all, what they Love to do - which is not fight, but more, fight for the very freedoms we still enjoy in this country.
I am elated and more than that - VERY PROUD to call myself a Citizen of these United States of America, and to those who risk your lives on the account of Americans EVERYWHERE, Mahalo Nui...it is because you care that I can sit here and write this and not worry that somewhere within my locality is someone ready to harm me because of the things that I say...
From the very bottom of my very Hawaiian heart and Soul...Me Ke Aloha Pumehana...Mahalo Nui Loa...
THANK YOU !!!
I Love You ALL!!

Do Not Fail To Be Amazed
Why, oh WHY is it SO hard for anyone to believe they are as Amazing as they want to believe they are?
Be Amazed, completely, by Who You Are.
The reason that I say this is because in order for anyone else to recognize just how amazing each and every one of us each is, like all else that we would be able to recognize in someone else, namely when we are about to judge them harshly, we are also able to sense and recognize that which is Amazing to us about another person or other people. And the cool part is that they, no matter what you think, are as amazed about you as you are about them - provided that same said feeling of amazement is the same and of equal measure on both parts.
We are allowed to be amazed by who we are and what we are able to do for ourselves as well as for other people. We are allowed and expected to be amazed by the things that they can do that we cannot do, and more than that, we are allowed to be amazed with it when someone tells us that the things that we do that totally amazes them is the same way for them in reverse.
While it might seem right now and at this Cosmically influenced moment that things in the lives of many people are not the same as they were just a few short months ago, take heart with the fact that when you pay attention to the things that remind us of something, or someone, from the past, recent or distant, we are meant to look at those things through the eyes of who we are now, so that we can see how much we have changed since back then, and can even gauge what will happen next for us. If we can bother to think about the patterns in our lives that have come to us throughout it, we can also find that there are and have been and will always be times in our lives that not only will break our hearts but will also make us pause for thought as we remember who we were and more, find out that we are still that person, only better.
Because of the time that has passed and because of the things that you have gone through and the things that made us each cry like we were in mourning, or be angry like a hornet, if we looked back to those things that are similar to the things that happened we would find out that we had the solution all along, that we have been in this same predicament in the past, and that like we did back then, now, too, we will also get ourselves out of whatever it is that has visited us that we no longer care to see as being part of our Life experience. When we can see to it that we are amazing in every sense of the word (I mean - hello? Ummm...yeah....we create things....art, literature and music ...haha...we also Create through our biological ability, replicated human Life...pretty amazing, I'd say...) this is when we can also begin to sense the inner relief that we are all so privy to but that not all of us are aware of in terms of bringing things and people and situations to our lives that matter in the making of those lives.
We can choose to be weighted down by that which we knew as our truth from the past or we can choose to accept our amazingness and Love it and Be With It and more than that - actually BE IT, and in that one instance we are choosing to also Be the Love that We Are for real. No one thinks about Love in terms of our simply being who we are. We have been taught that Love is the same as romance, that Love is meant to be 'kept" when in fact it is truly the opposite - Love cannot totally Be Love unless it is shared, no matter what capacity it is shared in...no matter what, the Love within us is a gift to us but not until we have given it to other people. It does not have to be romantic Love, because what we all need is the feeling that we belong somewhere, with a certain group or type of people, and like the amazing thing that it is, the Universe gives us EXACTLY what it is that our Soul is pining for. In my case I really needed to reconnect with Who I Am Now, as strange as that sounds, and I say it because when we spend any amount of time being who we are not we are actually given situations which tell us exactly who we are, and I found out not too long ago that I am Amazing, just the way that I am.
So, are You!
So ask yourself this - If You could think of one thing that makes you the Amazing Creation placed here in this Lifetime by Spirit, what is that one thing?
It is not as easy a question to answer once you really think about it...then again, when is anything that I ask anyone to think about really "easy"?
Yup...I'm Amazing, just the way that I Am...just like you..and like that guy over there with his finger in his nose...yes, even he is amazingly great at picking his nose...hey - we all have to be amazing at something, right?
Riiiiight haha

The Fruition of "What If...?"
PART TWO of "WHAT IF?"- We Never Really Know Unless We Can Let Go of The Outcome What It Is That We Will End Up With...
There is nothing quite more lovely to me than the idea that there are people with whom I share closeness, both here in my own locality, as well as quite a few more nationally and even globally, who have given me "the fruits" of my "labors" through the very harvesting of the fruit of their own Spiritual Labor. And that is not the right way to define what these Lovely People have done with themselves over the course of the last few weeks and months. They did not realize, at least a few of them, that when they brought to me their Soul Issues that the very moment we were in one another's presence is when the fruition of the changes began.
We can never really know what is going on in the Grander Scheme of Things unless we learn to have patience and until we are able to put that patience to work for us.
Over the past few weeks I have been privy to witness of major changes in the lives of those people who need help with forming new questions and new answers so that they may be able to rewrite this part of their Life Story. Many of them were not really knowing where all this work was leading them, and all of them, I know, were wondering if what I have told them, what I have written about, all that we have brought out into the open was benefiting their lives more than mine.
These people woke up today to the newness in their lives blatantly there for them to bear witness to, and I am always the first person who is not them to Know it. And I am always the first one to Know it, not only the way that I "Know" things anyway, but because they text me, call me, email me...somehow, they let me know that the things that they have worked on with me are the very things that they needed in their lives to either be there or, in some cases, NOT be there any longer.
When we willingly allow God into the picture we also willingly relinquish the idea that we know all that there is about who we are, that we somehow know better than God does about the Creations that belong to God's credit. We humans have taken credit for our own personal accomplishments for so long that a lot of the time we forget that we asked and now that we have received we can breathe again. This is what I mean by my stating yesterday that we are not aware of our own Soul's Power and propensity toward change. We do not realize the depth of our own Belief and our own ability and Desire toward positive change that often times, in the thick of all that breaks our hearts and drives us crazy, we do not pay attention to the idea that what we asked for is in manifest and that all of the things going on in our lives at any given time is due to the idea that changes are taking place.
And I Promise you that indeed, changes are ALWAYS taking place.
We need only ask ourselves "What is it that I am perceiving at this moment that tells me that my intentions are becoming what they are meant to become, even though it seems like otherwise?" and also "What are these incidents and events making me See right at this moment?"
Bothering to question what it is that we are going through allows us to pay better attention to the things that seem to make no sense to us whatsoever.
I LOVE YOU ALL !!

What if...?
Let today be that one Day where you can see what Your Soul Sees, and more, see things the way that they could be seen...
If there is one thing that I have been "accused" of in the past is the ability to see the good in anything perceivable as being "bad." There are a lot of people right now who are at the very end of one part of their lives and who have, without their realizing it, begun the second half. It's weird and cool all at once, and the frank truth is that even though there are facets of our collective lives that are not that great, singly, too, it has to be a good thing when you think about the idea that everything you ever wanted to see in your life, no matter what is no longer there, is now and totally in manifest.
The good part is that even though we can physically see our "losses," what we cannot see, at least a lot of us, is the idea that maybe it isn't as much a loss as it is a clearing out of the old to make way for the new. I have a habit, most of the time, for getting to a point where I need to get to and then fall apart into a panic, and the panicking comes from the outer Me, the Me Who likes comfort and likes that she works in the field she works - it is that version of Me Who really likes not having to worry too much about the things that are held in manifest at this point, things that are what I have been calling in to my Life for many years now, and it is that version of Me that is the Ego part of me that, just as quickly as I can relax into the idea that I am in control of my Destiny and the fruition of the Dream that I have always held, that part can also be manipulated by that same version of Me to panic and ultimately make everything that I have worked so hard toward achieving take that much longer for me to see for real.
So for now, let's go through some "what ifs," okay?
What if the reason that the thing that is no longer there were not as important as is the thing that we cannot yet see because it has not yet been manifested through you, and it has not yet been manifested through you because you do not know that you are as powerful as you think you are?
What if the things that are no longer there are not there because in our smallness of ego-thought, the thing that cannot yet be tangibly Known or Seen is too big a thing or an ideal to fit into the "emptiness" left by the absence of the thing, the situation, the people, the thought? What if what it is that you have always Known as the thing you really wanted to do is so far much bigger than your own human thinking ability can conjure it as being, and what if God has decided that the sculpture that is You and Your Life needed to be totally and completely made no longer recognizable as what it all once was?
What if in all of these loses we each chose to see to it that everyday we take the time to rebuild ourselves, our Lives, and what if we chose instead to see the good that is always there instead of what could happen that we might not like?
What if, rather than fretting over the things and the situations and most of all, the people, who we think would be better off if they did things the way they know they should, and what if the situation at hand was not as harsh and what if you decided to see said same situation as a lesson and not something as harsh as Karma?
What if from this point on, instead of freaking out whenever there was some great big change happening, we each decided that it is our perception that has had us fooled all this time, and what if just this one time we bothered to question and not accuse, bothered to Know within us that what we are faced with now is but one more step on our own Path to Enlightenment.
What if tomorrow morning you woke up with all these new "what ifs" only to have figured out that "what if" is
far different than "is"? What if you woke up to that new way of thinking about the happenings and the worries and the fear and everything else in your life, and it all started with a simple little question - "What if...?"
Two tiny words which give us a whole lot of room to Dream, to Create within us what it is that we so dearly Desire to see in our lives....
What if you were able to see things from a new perspective?
I LOVE YOU ALL !

Walk This Way...
We Know when We Are Being Guided in the Right Direction.
Many of us are following a Sacred Path these days. It is a beautiful thing, indeed. There are also many of us who hear the call and Know that there is a way that must be followed so as to get to the next level of thinking and Being, but unfortunately there are many of us who would prefer to not be Guided in our lives.
We all need some sort of Guidance. We all need to know that where we are headed is somehow the right way to go, to follow, and most of the time we can gauge that correctness simply by going within, thinking a thought and paying attention to the way our physical selves feel. We know that if we are going in the 'other than right' way that we will be Guided by Spirit through means of our bodies. This is not my rule and not my discovery, but is something that has just always been the truth.
We deny our gut instinct, deny the feeling within us that tells us that yes, we should continue in the manner we started out with or no, go another way. Then we make up excuses as to the reason why we would chose to go against the Guidance of what we were "told." When we are "told" and we feel the gut instinct gives us a heavy and weighted feeling and we choose to go with the thing that our physical self even knows is not the right way to go or perhaps is the way that we have traveled already and have learned the lesson given us by that one way we find out that even as the lesson has been learned, when we chose to return to that one way, the response bodily is always one that not only feels good but IS good, and we know it.
We Know it on every level, from the cellular level to the ethereal level. We are well aware that when we are doing right, we are being told by our Higher Power that yes, this is the right way, and that yes, the longer we stay the course we are guaranteed that there is no other way, that the way we have chosen IS the only way to go if we do not want to hit anymore unneeded snags along the Path.
When Love is the only mission, our Path is direct, cannot be anything but perfect, even as imperfect as it might seem to us. While we cannot see the end result, we are privy to hints and higher guidance if we are also willing to see to it that we are in line with our Purpose, that our thoughts are pure and our intentions set with only the highest honor that we can give to anyone else - the very depth of Aloha which is so inherent a part of the grander scheme of things, of life, and that in and of itself are gifts which cannot be matched for any reason or compared to anything at all.
When we do things from the highest senses that we have, and when we can, without effort, also include others who travel along the same Path as we are, and when we can see to it that what they offer to us is as needed by us as is what we have to offer to them, this is when what seemed like a difficult journey has become more of an adventure than something that we have to be fearful about. When speaking in terms of the Soul, the only thing that we have to fear is not what might happen, but more, what we prevent from happening because we are choosing to be Guided by what the Ego says is correct and not the way that our Soul is begging us to go in.
Think, yes, but also feel. Feel your way into the future, into the place where you are meant to be. Know that Your Path is not only Divinely Timed and Planned, but more, Divinely Guided.
When was the last time you chose to be Guided rather than chose to Be Led?
Kind of makes it a lot different when you think of it in those terms, doesn't it? When we are Guided by Spirit, even though it might be the scenic route, it is still a beautiful excursion. However, when we remain following another's lead, and we are choosing to be led, we are not following the inclinations of the Soul but rather and only the Ego, for it is the Ego which will question our Spirit's motives. The Spirit within us all Knows that we must be Guided.
The Ego?
Well, that part of us is seen by the world as it is, so you have to think about the idea of what a gorgeous thing it would be if the Ego, instead of it believing that it has to follow the Soul could believe that it and the Soul work in tandem.
This means that it is simply time for us to train the Ego to be One with the whims of the Soul, don't you think?
Yep...I thought so, too !!
I LOVE YOU ALL !!

We should all be seeking to help heal, not hinder
Our human nature calls us to retaliate, but our Soulful nature will always call us toward healing
I am learning a whole lot from the people who I work with, such as the idea that when we are trying to bring about healing to our own lives that it serves us well to also know what is not healing and thereby also not at all helpful.
It is not helpful to anyone, not even ourselves, when we seek to give others our truth without having also the inclination toward accepting theirs. I deal with this all the time, sometimes all day long, the idea that those who come to the conclusion that there needs to be healing also show up in my life with the idea, at least a lot of them, that their issues are someone else's cause. They want to blame the people who are in their lives for the things that happen to them, for the way that they are thinking right now, or for the things which are not welcome in their lives.
When it comes to the things that hurt us and break our hearts, and when it comes to those very things being credited as our 'fault' or someone else's, eventually and one day, we lose the idea that the things that happen to our lives were brought to our lives because someone else brought it. While this is technically true, we are not ever given any sort of lesson in this lifetime that we are not well equipped to deal with. At the same time we are also given a lesson that, while we are able to deal with it, we might not realize that what we are doing is learning, that what is in our lap at present time is meant to be, is somehow right and par for the Path. And always, you can guarantee, it is. No matter what it is that we happen upon in our lives, no matter how badly it sucks or hurts or breaks us and our will, those things are there because we called that lesson into being. Somehow we may have asked for more patience with people, or perhaps we were asking for true love, and all along all we really ached for was the truth of us. Thing is...we cannot know who we are because someone else told us who we are.
We are always only what and who we are meant to be so as to bring about the Life that we are meant to live that is beneficial for everyone in our immediate circle, and also beneficial for everyone, through our own energetic exchange, beneficial to those in our immediate circle of peoples' personal circle as well. This is the main reason why, anymore now, I am more inclined to observe a situation in its entirety rather than tear it apart and trip out over it. I can't. I have taken great pains to learn to observe and not obsess, and I have done remarkably well considering that I could totally still be that obsessive and clingy little twit I recall myself being not too long ago.
We need to give those we love and care about the most the opportunity to not be judged, to not be thought of as not able to handle the issues which most surely will arise from any situation and to step out courageously in to their own version of what is unknown. I cannot tell someone that they need to do something the way that I tell them to do things, but I can tell them that yes, there needs to be a change made in their thoughts and that yes, they can do this if they just believe that they can and if they just apply themselves to it. We do not have the right to impose our opinion onto someone else and behave as though they will just take our words as being the most golden. We do, though, have the right to walk away, to no longer be in that energy of opining our own thoughts to someone else and we have the right to disagree with them. We have the right to choose and to feel how we will. We do not have the right to make it as though what we say is the golden law of the land because in reality, each of us establishes our own laws, rules and yes, even land...so to speak.
When it is that we are trying to be of good service to someone else, and when it is that what we want people to see in us as the truth of us, we must ask the question "Is this the person who I want people to think is the real me?"
You may surprise yourself with the answer you come up with...
I LOVE YOU ALL!
